Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal information systems in strict compliance with agency policies and federal regulations.
- Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive government data.
- Collaborate closely with federal stakeholders to identify technical requirements and optimize operational workflows.
- Conduct regular system audits, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to ensure operational excellence.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and training to agency personnel.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of large-scale government projects and initiatives.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to undergo a background investigation (Security Clearance required).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a federal, defense, or government contracting environment.
- Certifications: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+) are a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (DFARS/FAR).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for liaising with high-level officials.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
