Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of IT systems and solutions for federal and local government clients.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations (FAR/DFARS) and cybersecurity standards (NIST 800-53).
- Conduct system performance monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party IT service delivery.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and system manuals.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and provide technical mentorship to junior analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent military/government experience).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT systems analysis, preferably within the federal or state government sector.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid deployment models.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) is a plus.
