Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal and state agency networks in Tucson and Virginia.
- Manage and secure data systems in compliance with government regulations and standards.
- Conduct system audits and ensure the integrity of sensitive federal information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new software solutions for government clients.
- Maintain hardware inventory and coordinate equipment procurement for regional offices.
- Document technical procedures and create user guides for state agency employees.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Federal Security Clearance (Secret/Top Secret).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support within a government or public sector environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and specialized government case management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting to senior officials.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent military experience).
