Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to pass a required federal background investigation.
- Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background check.
