Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of federal information systems and networks.
- Provide technical support to government staff and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with federal security standards (FISMA).
- Document technical procedures and system configurations.
- Participate in system upgrades and migration projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
