Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to federal staff.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of federal IT systems and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues in compliance with federal security protocols.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the Service Management database.
- Conduct user training sessions on new federal applications and software updates.
- Support the management of IT inventory and asset tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation result.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
