Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for internal hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of office technology equipment and peripherals.
- Manage and organize digital records and perform high-accuracy data entry tasks.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management to resolve technical inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in regular IT training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and security protocols.
- Support the implementation of new software updates and user onboarding processes.
Qualifications
