Responsibilities
- Install and Configure: Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for federal employees and clients.
- Ticket Management: Log and manage IT support tickets efficiently using our ticketing system.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on workstations, printers, and network equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Security Compliance: Assist in enforcing federal IT security protocols and data protection standards.
- User Assistance: Provide friendly and professional technical support and training to users of all skill levels.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service is a plus, but we accept entry-level candidates with strong aptitude.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation status.
