Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for federal employees, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Configure and deploy workstations, printers, and network devices according to federal security standards.
- Maintain accurate ticket records in the Service Desk management system.
- Assist in cybersecurity awareness training and compliance audits.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex network issues.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal contracts.
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust or Secret clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
