Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support to internal staff and federal government clients.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including printers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Manage and respond to IT help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and incident reports.
- Assist in network monitoring and ensuring data security compliance.
- Conduct regular hardware and software audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
- Ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance (or willingness to start the process).
- Must be a US Citizen.
