Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and email configuration.
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk tracking system.
- Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
