Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry with high accuracy.
- Greet visitors and answer incoming phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and distribution.
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for necessary restocking.
- Support administrative staff with special projects and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Ensure the reception area and workspaces remain organized and professional.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or coursework in business administration is preferred.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public and staff.
