- Data Integrity: Maintain and audit pension records to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with state regulations.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports regarding pension contributions, liabilities, and retiree status for senior management.
- System Support: Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to update employee benefit records and resolve discrepancies.
- Compliance: Stay updated on federal and state pension laws to ensure all processes adhere to legal standards.
- Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for basic inquiries from retirees and employees regarding pension eligibility and status.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates and recent graduates.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
