Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and presentation of statistical data for state reports.
- Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
- Conduct research on state policies and procedures to support agency objectives.
- Communicate effectively with the public, vendors, and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare routine reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the team with scheduling and meeting coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass a standard background check.
- Willingness to obtain necessary security clearances.
