Responsibilities
- Receive and screen incoming calls, emails, and walk-in visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform accurate data entry into government databases and maintain up-to-date records.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding eligibility for state benefits and services.
- Organize and file physical and electronic documents in a timely manner.
- Prepare correspondence, memos, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented approach to work with high accuracy standards.
- Valid Arizona driverβs license (depending on department requirements).
