Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments efficiently.

- Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and memos for senior officials.

- Compliance: Adhere to all state policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
