Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive food facility inspections and investigations
- Investigate public health complaints related to sanitation and hazardous materials
- Enforce California Health & Safety Codes and local ordinances
- Provide technical guidance to businesses and community organizations
- Collect environmental samples for laboratory analysis

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Public Health, or related field
- California Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of environmental health inspection experience
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Strong knowledge of CA Food & Agriculture Codes
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and technical documents
