Responsibilities
- Conduct field inspections and environmental sampling for air, water, and soil quality
- Analyze data to identify pollution sources and compliance issues
- Prepare detailed technical reports and regulatory recommendations
- Collaborate with local governments and industry stakeholders
- Develop mitigation strategies for environmental hazards
- Train public on environmental regulations and best practices
- Stay current with evolving environmental policies and technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of environmental monitoring experience
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Knowledge of EPA and CDPHE regulations
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and lift 40 lbs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- GIS certification preferred
