Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze environmental compliance for municipal projects and operations
- Develop and implement pollution prevention programs across city facilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of environmental compliance experience
- Valid Texas Environmental Specialist certification preferred

- Strong data analysis and report writing capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
