Responsibilities
- Develop and implement county-wide sustainability programs aligned with EPA standards

- Analyze environmental impact reports for new county infrastructure projects

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of environmental regulatory experience
- Texas Environmental Specialist certification required
- Advanced knowledge of EPA and TCEQ regulations
- Strong data analysis and GIS mapping skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license
