Responsibilities
- Conduct water quality sampling and analysis across Portland's watershed
- Develop and implement stormwater management plans
- Lead public outreach on environmental compliance
- Prepare technical reports for regulatory agencies
- Coordinate with engineering teams on infrastructure projects
- Monitor industrial compliance with environmental permits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
- 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience
- Valid Oregon driver's license
- Proficiency in GIS and environmental data analysis
- OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification preferred
- Experience with DEQ permit processes
