Responsibilities
- Operate X-ray and CT scanning equipment to identify prohibited items in carry-on and checked baggage.
- Perform physical screening of passengers, including pat-downs and walk-through metal detector operations.
- Enforce security regulations and protocols in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to security alerts and incidents quickly and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship and eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions.
- No disqualifying criminal convictions or drug use history.
