Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure strict compliance with federal regulations and agency policies.
- Manage complex scheduling and coordinate meetings for senior federal executives and staff.
- Process travel authorizations, vouchers, and expense reports accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for sensitive government records.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Liaise with external vendors and internal departments to resolve administrative issues.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new federal employees.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Required for federal employment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative or office support experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
