Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex federal filing systems and records in compliance with strict confidentiality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule executive meetings, travel arrangements, and internal stakeholder events.
- Prepare, review, and edit high-level correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming federal inquiries and route communications efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications and compliance documentation for federal audits.
- Maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and equipment for federal programs.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process for new federal employees.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required for this federal role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within the government or federal contracting sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and government-specific software (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data integrity under tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary security clearance eligibility.
