Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze federal data systems and communication channels during the night shift to ensure operational continuity and security.
- Execute routine data entry tasks with 100% accuracy to maintain strict federal compliance standards.
- Conduct nightly security audits and report any anomalies or breaches immediately to the Shift Supervisor.
- Generate and distribute daily operational reports, ensuring all documentation is filed correctly within the secure federal database.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams and federal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions and information handovers.
- Maintain a professional and secure work environment in adherence to all agency protocols and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen to meet federal government requirements.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to detect errors and maintain high-quality standards.
- Background: Clean criminal background check required for federal clearance.
