Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for agency staff.
- Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in the preparation of government documents and ensure compliance with federal regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to department heads and team members as needed.
- Process and distribute mail and packages efficiently.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
