Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and office management for federal programs.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and conference support for senior leadership.
- Prepare and review high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations for accuracy and compliance with federal standards.
- Maintain and organize confidential government records and ensure strict adherence to privacy regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding program inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of budget proposals and financial tracking for assigned administrative functions.
- Implement and monitor workflow improvements to enhance departmental productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in federal or government administration.
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and agency-specific policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and federal case management software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the work.
