Responsibilities
- Manage classified documentation and secure communications protocols
- Coordinate with federal agencies on compliance and reporting requirements
- Process personnel actions and security clearances using e-QIP systems
- Support budget tracking and financial documentation for federal programs
- Maintain digital records with DoD security standards (NISPOM)
- Assist with administrative audits and regulatory compliance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative or contracting experience
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GSA Advantage systems
- Familiarity with FAR/DFARS regulations and procurement processes
- Ability to obtain and maintain government-issued Common Access Card (CAC)
- US citizenship required
