- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and documentation workflows
- Conduct eligibility assessments for federal assistance programs
- Maintain confidential records in compliance with federal regulations
- Prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and congressional inquiries
- Train staff on VA policies and procedural updates
- Serve as primary liaison between veterans and benefit specialists
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Active security clearance eligibility
- Expertise in federal compliance (FISMA, FOIA)
- Advanced proficiency in GSA systems and VA databases
- Exceptional written communication skills
- US citizenship and veteran preference eligible
