Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications and documentation with strict compliance protocols
- Manage electronic records systems ensuring data accuracy and security
- Coordinate cross-departmental communications and scheduling

- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families
- Train staff on federal compliance procedures and privacy regulations

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in federal/state/local government
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal database systems (e.g., VA-VISTA)
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one within 90 days
- Knowledge of veterans' benefits programs and federal regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error documentation standards
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background investigation
