Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and correspondence for senior leadership
- Process financial transactions, procurements, and budget documentation
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain classified/unclassified records with strict compliance protocols
- Support HR functions including onboarding, training coordination, and personnel actions
- Analyze data and prepare executive reports using advanced Excel functions
- Ensure adherence to federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, VA policies)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of federal/government administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel required)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Knowledge of federal procurement processes and regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- US citizenship required
