Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential records, files, and databases in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Prepare and process official correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee budget tracking, procurement requests, and expense reimbursements
- Serve as primary liaison for interdepartmental communications and stakeholder relations
- Implement and improve administrative workflows using federal systems (e.g., SharePoint, GSA)
- Ensure compliance with FOIA, Privacy Act, and other federal policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record-keeping systems
- Active U.S. security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain one
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with federal procurement processes and budget management
