Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Coordinate executive scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
- Process personnel actions, timekeeping, and benefits enrollment using federal HR systems
- Prepare complex reports, presentations, and briefings for congressional and stakeholder reviews
- Oversee procurement processes, contract administration, and budget tracking
- Serve as primary liaison between departments and external federal partners
- Implement and maintain records management systems in accordance with NARA standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of federal administrative or executive support experience
- Proficiency in federal HR systems (e.g., HRConnect, OPM guidelines)
- Advanced knowledge of GSA regulations, FAR, and procurement protocols
- Top Secret security clearance eligibility required
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for inter-agency correspondence
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
