Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain confidential veteran records and documentation systems
- Coordinate administrative workflows including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
- Support procurement processes and budget tracking for departmental operations
- Facilitate inter-agency communications and stakeholder engagements
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DFARS) and VA policies
- Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations for leadership review
- Oversee office supply inventory and facility coordination
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of federal administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal procurement protocols and record-keeping standards
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with VA systems (VBA, VISTA) preferred
