Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel for senior leadership staff.
  • Correspondence Management: Draft, proofread, and prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing materials using standard government formatting.
  • Records Management: Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both electronic and physical records, ensuring compliance with federal retention schedules.

Qualifications

  • Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible for federal employment.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible administrative experience in a professional office setting, preferably within the federal or public sector.
