Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence for senior program officials
- Prepare and edit official documents, reports, and presentations ensuring strict compliance with federal formatting standards
- Oversee procurement processes, budget tracking, and financial documentation for program initiatives
- Coordinate cross-departmental meetings and maintain accurate departmental records
- Serve as primary liaison between agency staff and external stakeholders including congressional offices
- Implement and maintain records management systems in accordance with federal regulations
- Analyze administrative workflows to identify efficiency improvements and implement solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in federal/state/local government or regulated industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal procurement procedures (FAR) and records management standards
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Proven experience managing competing priorities in deadline-driven environments
- U.S. citizenship required
