Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule high-priority meetings for senior leadership.
- Prepare and process a high volume of correspondence, reports, and presentations with strict adherence to federal guidelines and formatting standards.
- Oversee office operations, including mail processing, supply management, and facility coordination.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications, financial reports, and compliance documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Maintain accurate records and databases using government-approved systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative support within a federal, government, or corporate setting.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement regulations, timekeeping procedures, and travel policies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
