- Coordinate multi-departmental communications and scheduling for 15+ staff
- Prepare federal compliance reports using VA-specific software platforms
- Conduct eligibility screenings for veteran healthcare programs
- Train new personnel on federal protocols and departmental workflows
- Monitor budget expenditures and resource allocation for assigned programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years federal administrative or public sector experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal reporting tools
- Active Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
