Responsibilities
- Manage classified/unclassified document processing with strict adherence to federal protocols
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and executive scheduling
- Execute procurement procedures and financial tracking within federal guidelines
- Conduct records management using GSA-approved systems (e.g., SharePoint)
- Support veterans' benefits administration through data verification
- Prepare official correspondence and reports for congressional inquiries
- Implement FOIA requests and privacy compliance procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Proficiency in GSA-approved document management systems
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR)
- US citizenship required
- Exceptional written communication skills for official documentation
- Experience with veteran services programs preferred
