Responsibilities

- Process personnel actions, timekeeping, and travel arrangements in accordance with federal regulations
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative inquiries
- Prepare reports, briefings, and official communications using advanced Microsoft Office Suite
- Support budget tracking and financial documentation processes
- Implement records management systems in compliance with NARA guidelines
- Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of federal administrative experience required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal HR procedures (e.g., timekeeping, travel, leave systems)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with records management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Docuware)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced regulatory environment
