Responsibilities
- Manage classified/unclassified document processing in accordance with federal protocols
- Coordinate interagency communications and stakeholder relations
- Maintain electronic/digital records systems with NARA standards
- Support budget tracking and procurement documentation
- Assist with HR onboarding and personnel file maintenance
- Prepare FOIA requests and congressional correspondence
- Conduct quality assurance reviews for administrative outputs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal databases
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- US citizenship required
- Professional certification (e.g., CPM, CFC) preferred
