Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain classified/unclassified federal records using standardized protocols
- Process personnel actions, benefits enrollments, and HR documentation
- Coordinate administrative workflows for departmental operations
- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
- Utilize federal IT systems (e.g., HRIS, document management)
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FAR, DFARS, VA directives)
- Provide administrative support for veteran outreach programs
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
