- Prepare official correspondence, reports, and briefing materials for senior leadership
- Oversee procurement processes and budget tracking for assigned programs
- Implement security protocols for sensitive information handling
- Support cross-functional projects through data analysis and workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in federal/government setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal record-keeping systems
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- TS/SCI clearance preferred but not required
