Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling systems for multi-departmental coordination
- Prepare and maintain federal compliance documentation (SF-50s, performance plans)
- Oversee procurement processes and budget tracking within GSA guidelines
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and prepare executive-level briefings
- Implement records management systems per NARA standards
- Support HR processes including onboarding and exit procedures
- Analyze operational metrics to identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience required
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel)
- Knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and HR policies
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal records management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field preferred
