Responsibilities
- Manage federal documentation systems ensuring compliance with 41 CFR regulations
- Coordinate executive scheduling, correspondence, and interagency communications
- Process personnel actions and maintain confidential HR records in SF-50 systems
- Analyze administrative data to optimize workflow efficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support budget tracking and procurement documentation for federal programs
- Prepare official reports and briefing materials for senior leadership review
- Facilitate onboarding for new federal employees following OPM guidelines
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required (5 CFR 332)
- Minimum 2 years federal administrative experience (GS-05 level equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of federal records management standards (NARA guidelines)
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with federal procurement systems (e.g., FPDS-NG)
