Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling systems and coordinate high-level meetings with senior officials and external stakeholders
- Prepare and process confidential correspondence, reports, and official documents ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations
- Oversee administrative systems including records management, document control, and workflow optimization
- Provide comprehensive support for budget tracking, procurement processes, and fiscal reporting
- Act as primary liaison between departments and external partners ensuring seamless communication
- Supervise administrative staff and implement continuous process improvement initiatives
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and information protection standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of federal administrative experience with demonstrated knowledge of federal regulations
