Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the federal office, ensuring strict compliance with agency regulations and protocols.
- Prepare and edit high-level correspondence, briefing materials, and official reports for senior leadership.
- Coordinate and schedule complex meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for federal delegations.
- Manage sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with federal standards (NDA compliance).
- Conduct research and analyze data to support policy development and program evaluation initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, vendors, and internal departments, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.
- Maintain and organize office files, ensuring proper archiving and retrieval of government records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in a government setting).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in federal or state government administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and government-specific databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, precision, and professional tone.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance or Security Clearance (depending on project requirements).
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks effectively.
