Responsibilities

- Coordinate executive calendars, travel arrangements, and high-level correspondence for department leadership
- Process personnel actions, onboarding, and compliance documentation using federal HR systems
- Analyze administrative workflows and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Serve as primary liaison between federal offices and external stakeholders
- Prepare complex reports and briefing materials for congressional submissions
- Oversee budget tracking and procurement documentation for federal grant programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of federal administrative experience (GS-5 equivalent or higher)
- Proficiency with federal HR systems (e.g., HRConnect, NSPS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one within 30 days
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field (GS-7 level)
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR) and GSA standards
- Proven experience managing classified information and security protocols
