Responsibilities
- Manage official correspondence, records, and documentation following federal protocols
- Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and interagency communications
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for leadership review
- Oversee budget tracking, procurement processes, and financial documentation
- Implement and maintain office administrative systems and procedures

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years federal administrative experience

- Knowledge of federal records management standards (NARA guidelines)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Experience with federal budget processes preferred
