Responsibilities
- Manage complex correspondence and ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards and NARA guidelines.
- Orchestrate high-level scheduling and travel arrangements for executive leadership and federal stakeholders.
- Maintain secure records management systems and assist with the retrieval of sensitive information.
- Facilitate interagency communications and coordinate complex meetings involving multiple departments.
- Prepare, review, and distribute official documentation, reports, and briefing materials.
- Assist in the preparation of grant applications and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a government, military, or highly regulated corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management software (e.g., JAMS, eTRM).
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, acquisition regulations, and compliance protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance (favorable background check required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with senior officials.
